Lyons---Kathleen A. Lootens, 94, Passed away on Sunday, August 9,2026, at the Wayne County Nursing Home.

A reception for friends will be held at Clyde Global Methodist Church, 84 Sodus St. from 11 to noon on Saturday, August 15, 2026. A graveside service was held at Rose Cemetery, Route 414, in Rose, NY.

Memorials in her name can be made to the Clyde Global Methodist Church, 84 Sodus St., Clyde, NY  14433.

Kathleen was born in Lyons, On March 22, 1932, the daughter of the late Leon and Susan Luffman Anstee. She retired from NYSEG after 35 years. She was an accomplished piano player, over the years she played for her church, the Grange, Nursing Homes.

She is survived by her daughter Patricia Schram; a son John Lacey, nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; a great great grandchild; three brothers Vern (Donna), Dick (May) and Don (Pam) Anstee; nine nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Ed Lootens; a daughter Donna Kelly; son-in-law Jeff Schram; a sister and brother-in-law Anita (Paul) Dickenson; sister Claire Anstee
