Lyons---Kathleen A. Lootens, 94, Passed away on Sunday, August 9,2026, at the Wayne County Nursing Home.
A graveside service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at Rose Cemetery, Route 414, in Rose, NY.
Kathleen was born in Lyons, On March 22, 1932, the daughter of the late Leon and Susan Luffman Anstee. She retired from NYSEG after 35 years. She was an accomplished piano player, over the years she played for her church, the Grange, Nursing Homes.
She is survived by her daughter Patricia Schram; a son John Lacey, nine grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; a great great grandchild; three brothers Vern (Donna), Dick (May) and Don (Pam) Anstee; seven nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Arhur Lootens; a daughter Donna Kelly; son-in-law Jeff Schram; a sister Anita (Paul) Dickenson.
