Jeffary was born in Canandaigua, on July 5, 1967, the son of the late Laverne and Esther Lundy Cooper. For several years, he worked at Katlynn Marine in Sodus Point.
He is survived by a sister Lavona (Roger) Pentycofe; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and four siblings.
