David W. Best Lyons---David W. Best, 83, passed away on December 22, 2022, at his home in Lyons, NY. Funeral Services will be held at a later date David was born in Rochester, NY, on December 25. 1938 the son of the late Allan and Ruth Wurster Best. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from RIT. For many years, he owned Sheppard Ford. He always seemed to have a hand in Wholesale, resale of repair of cars. He is survived by his son Michael Best; step-son Ian(Candace Snyder) Scott; a daughter Anne Myers; a brother Allan F. Best; a sister Sally (Alan) Bailey.
