Carma Odit

Lyons Carma "Jean" Odit, 83, of Catherine St., passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2013 at Newark-Wayne Hospital. Family and friends may call on Thursday (Apr. 25) from 4 to 7 pm at Weeks-Keysor Funeral Home, 5 Phelps St., Lyons, where a funeral service will follow at 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Town of Lyons Ambulance, 43 Phelps St. Lyons, NY 14489. Jean was born on October 6, 1929 in Fresno, CA a daughter to the late Ivey and Octavia Arrington Lesly. She retired from the Finger Lakes DDSO in 1996. Jean loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a loving mother and friend to all. She is survived by her 5 children, Robert of Lyons, Kathryn Carter of Lyons, Leslie (Denise) of Lyons, Nancy (Randy) Colburn of Rose and Lenell (Robert) Rawleigh of Castile; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law Wendy Odit of Seneca Falls; 2 dogs, Dudley and Chino; several cousins and nieces. Predeceased by her husband, Robert in 1999, son, Steven in 2012 and sister, Wanda Soles.
