Phillip J. Baker

North Rose Phillip J. Baker, 45, of Maple Ave., passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at Rochester General Hospital. Phillip was born September 20, 1968 in Newark. He was employed by Harbec Plastics in Ontario. He was a golfer and loved to fish, play darts and enjoyed the outdoors. A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday (Nov. 2) 11 am to 3 pm at the Wolcott American Legion. Any friends of Phil are invited to this time of food and fellowship.
