Janis K. Price

Lyons Janis K. Price, age 70, went to join her husband on Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital. Family and friends may call on Thursday (Nov. 7) from 5-7 p.m. at Weeks-Keysor Funeral Home, 5 Phelps St., Lyons, where a funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. Private burial will be in Rose Cemetery. For those wishing, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Wayne County, 1475 County House Rd., Lyons, NY 14489 in her memory. Predeceased by her husband Van in June of 2013. She is survived by her 6 children, Teresa (George) Heaton of GA, Van (Alice) of Savannah, David (Tracy) of Clyde, Eve (Chris) Austin of Clyde, Julia Wirth of Lyons and Pattie (Dennis) Jones of Newark; 15 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sister, Gail VanTassell; 2 brothers, Larry (Sharon) Lewis and Stanley (Bonnie) Lewis; nieces and nephews.
