Sodus Nancy A. Nevelizer, 68, of Almekinder Rd., passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday (May 24) at 11 a.m. at Sodus Center Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Rose Cemetery. Nancy was born September 4, 1945 in Lyons, a daughter to the late George and Alice Norris Smith. She is survived by her husband James E. Nevelizer; son, Jon (Sue) of Savannah; 2 grandchildren, Kaytlyn and Zachary; great-granddaughter, Alexis; 2 sisters, Barbara Smith of Newark and Carol (Ted) Peck of Phelps; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
