Lee H. Bauer

Lyons Lee H. Bauer, 83, a resident of the Wayne County Nursing Home passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2014. Family and friends may call Wednesday (Nov. 19) from 3 to 6 pm at Weeks-Keysor Funeral Home, 5 Phelps St., Lyons, where a funeral service will follow at 6 pm. Burial will be private at South Lyons Cemetery. For those wishing, memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, Spencer St., Lyons, NY 14489. Lee was born January 19, 1931, in Lyons, a son to the late Henry P. and Carrie E. Millard Bauer. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 446, American War Dads and BPOE 1763. Lee was a local farmer all of his life. He is survived by wife Connie Davies Bauer; 5 children, Philip Bauer of Lyons, Michael (Leisa Stover) Bauer of Lyons, Ida (Jim) Collins of Lyons, Lee (Brenda) Bauer, Jr. of Lyons and Barbara (Eric Byork) Bauer of Lyons; 11 grandchildren, Shandra, Phil, Katrina, Mike, Sarah, Kevin, Amy, Kayli, Tracy, Samantha and Jessie; several great-grandchildren; sister, Joyce Donofrio of Geneva; and several extended family. He was predeceased by his first wife, Ida Bauer in 1993, son, John in 1978, and daughter, Sarah in 1984. www.keysorfuneralhomes.com
