Fair Haven Shirley Ann (Galloway) Simpkins, 80, a resident of Crest Manor Nursing Home in Fairport, passed away December 21, 2014. No services are arranged at this time. Shirley was born November 16, 1934 in Fair Haven, a daughter to the late William H. and Vonda Yeager Galloway. She lived in Fair Haven until moving to Watertown in 2009 and then to Crest Manor in 2010. She retired from Haven Midstate in 1996 after many years of employment. Predeceased by siblings, Betty Morris, William and Robert Galloway and life partner Donald Hope. Survived by 3 daughters, Dorothy (Rob) Mayhew, Barb Robison and Patricia (Brian) Goudreau; grandchildren, Jason (Mindy) Goudreau, Kara Goudreau, Brienna Goudreau, Caitlin (Jerod) Felice, Jamie Robison, Michele (John) Shears and Shawn Mayhew; and great-grandson, Nicolas Felice. www.keysorfuneralhomes.com
