Wolcott
John P. Crane, 91, a resident of Wayne County Nursing Home in Lyons, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2016.
A funeral service will be held Monday (Aug. 29) 1 pm at Wolcott Presbyterian Church, Main St. Wolcott. Burial will be in Butler Center Cemetery.
John was born February 19, 1925 in the Town of Butler, a son to Raymond and Ruth Everhart Crane. He was the owner and operator of Crane’s Crate Mill in Butler Center, and was a member of Wolcott VFW and American Legion.
Contributions may be made to Wolcott Presbyterian Church in John’s memory.
Predeceased by his wife Norma in 2013, son, Ronald in 2007, and brother, Thomas. John is survived by his granddaughter, Catherine and nephew, Mark Crane.
Arrangements are by Farnsworth-Keysor Funeral Home in North Rose.
