Donald C. Sharpe, 80, entered into eternal rest peacefully, on Friday, November 4, 2016, after a long extended illness. 

A  Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, (Nov. 12) 12 pm at Wolcott Presbyterian Church, 11988 W. Main St., Wolcott, NY 14590. Burial will be in Huron Evergreen Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Lakeshore Ambulance, 5841 New Hartford St., Wolcott, NY 14590 or to a Hospice of one’s choice.

Donald was born on November 7,1935, a son to the late Robert F. and Selma B. Redman Sharpe. He was a retired member of WAVAC Ambulance and the Wolcott Presbyterian Church. He worked and retired from Xerox after 25 years. His family was most important to him.

Predeceased by his sister Patricia Peace; Donald is survived by his wife, Helen Sharpe of 40 years; daughters, Dawn (Rick) Fernandes and Valerie (Scott) Bruce; son, Andrew Sharpe; step-son, Donald Barnes; step-daughters, Sharon (George) Culp, Betty (Timothy) Crowell and Rose Dallas; 19 grandchildren,19 great-grandchildren; brothers, Arden (Jane) Sharpe of Adams NY and David (Barb) Sharpe of  Golden Oak, FL.
