Henry W. Palmer, Jr., 92, passed away Saturday, March 12, 2017.

Burial will be in Rose Cemetery.  Henry was born September 26, 1924 in the Town of Arcadia, a son to Henry and Frances Belle Paddock Palmer.  He was a farmer in the East Palmyra area, worked at Gleason Works and retired as a Pressman for FOLD-Pak in Newark.

Predeceased by his wife, Dorothy Shaver Leaird in 2000, step-son, George W. Leaird in 1982 and step-daughter, Nancy Leaird Facer in 2014.  Survived by 2 step-daughters, Betty Washburn and Shirley Larette; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 23 great-great-grandchildren.
