Onalee Brimmer Boyce Rice, “Nonnie”, 92, of Galen Rd., passed away peacefully at Sodus Rehab & Nursing on Tuesday, March 20, 2018.

Family and friends may call Monday, (Mar. 26) from 4 to 7 pm at Farnsworth-Keysor Funeral Home, 5025 Main St., North Rose, where a funeral service will follow at 7 pm.  Burial will be in Shumway Hill Cemetery, Wellsboro, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Rose United Methodist Church, PO Box 100, Rose, NY  14542 or to the Salvation Army in her memory.

Onalee was born September 27, 1925 in Wellsboro, PA, a daughter to the late Jesse and Mildred House Brimmer.  She lived in Wellsboro, PA most of her life, graduating from Wellsboro High School.  She was noted for her crocheting skills, and was a member of HandCrafted Hugs Club. She was a self-appointed care giver throughout her life for many family members.

Predeceased by her first husband, William Boyce, sisters, Violet Burrell and Izola Lyons and brother, Willie Brimmer. 

She is survived by her loving husband William, Sr.; 4 step-children, William Rice, Jr., Barbara (Roger) Betts, Thomas Rice and Toby Rice; several step-grandchildren; step-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
